At ICON Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
